Elwood Mercy is a singer/songwriter originally from Honeydew, California. His work mixes elements of popular song stylings, folk, and electronic music to sculpt a sound that is at once reminiscent of acts such as Tame Impala or Mac Demarco, and yet completely his own. There’s something twisting between the notes of Elwood’s music, breathing between his words and syllables, that suggests a deep, piano-wire tension grinding just beneath the surface. 3 <3 SONGS is the debut EP from Elwood Mercy.
